SEO Manager - Wakefield - £28k - £33k + benefits
Our client is a well-established digital agency that provide a range of services to their clients, due to continued growth and expansion we are looking for an SEO Manager to join their team.
Duties Include:
* Leading and Supporting the wider SEO team
* Identify, develop and manage the client's SEO strategy and campaigns to ensure sites are in line with best practice
* Directing what needs to happen to improve the performance of clients
* Ensure client websites are optimised and managed effectively in order to help to increase traffic, conversion and turnover
* Undertake technical/content site audits
* Identifying optimisation opportunities
* Keyword research/tracking
* Plan and implement creative link building to achieve the agreed KPI's
* Evaluate the performance of campaigns using analytical tools in order to identify possible opportunities or issues
* Manage website migrations
* Monitor Google updates and possible impact on all client website
* Perform SEO focussed analysis around industry, competitors and search trends to influence client strategy development
* To assist the business with new proposals, helping to formulate new strategies for potential new clients.
* Testing, researching and developing new SEO initiatives
* Helping to develop the knowledge and abilities of the SEO team
Skills Required:
* A strong knowledge and understanding of on-site & off-site SEO
* A creative and strategic mind set to identify and resolve problems quickly
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work using their own initiative
* Research topics and subjects
* Experience of managing a small team of 2 people
* Ability to stay up to date with the latest industry trends
* Strong analytical ability and working knowledge of Google Analytics
