Agilis recruitment are working on a new and exciting opportunity with an agency based South Wales. who are actively looking for an account manager to join their team.
The key responsibilities of the role include developing strong client relationships and maintaining a professional rapport with new and existing clients, elements of project management and campaign management. The new account manager must be a team player, and be able to collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to ensure client expectations are met in a timely fashion.
Developing strong and professional relationships with new and existing clients.
Dealing with client expectations, concerns and queries.
Acting as a project lead, taking receipt of client requests and ensuring the team is working in line with client expectations and driving projects to completion.
Pitching to new clients, and seeking out new opportunities to grow and retain clients.
Forecasting and budgeting with senior members of the business.
Campaign management - implementing campaign on time and within budget.
1-2 years of experience working in a marketing agency.
Experience in a client facing and account management role. Please do not apply if you are an account manager within sales, a strong marketing background is essential.
