Would you like to work for a leading luxury fashion retailer, working with some of the largest brands in the world? You will be moving into a brand new role, working under the CRM manager working on developing push channels and optimisation with the objective of increasing customer loyalty and delivering extensive retention strategies.THE COMPANY
As a CRM Specialist you will be working to support this company's growth in a strong digital marketing environment. As part of the Retention team, you will be working across multiple marketing channels in order to drive both customer retention and reactivation by delivering targeted campaigns and creating a seamless customer experience.THE ROLE
As a CRM Specialist, you can expect be working within your team of a CRM Executive and CRM Assistant to increase customer loyalty across multiple marketing channels. Using your knowledge of CRM tools, you will be looking to drive repeat purchases though new initiatives and campaigns whilst developing events and automation triggers and helping to implement and deliver new strategies.
More specifically, as a CRM Specialist you can expect to be working on developing a full 360-degree retention experience whilst providing relevant content to this company's customers in real-time using your strong knowledge of how digital marketing channels can be utilised.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful CRM Specialist will have the following skills and experience:
- Good experience with CRM tools at an E-Commerce retailer
- Strong experience in Excel and Google Analytics
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to consistently provide quality
- Experience in building advanced customer segmentations
- Experience working with marketing projects, from concept through to delivery
- Proficiency in handling data across multiple platforms
The successful CRM Specialist will receive a salary between £30,000 and £35,000. In addition to this, you will receive a pension plan.
