Due to growth, this employment team are looking to expand and add an additional solicitor or legal executive with 2-7 years' PQE.
Understandably, this is a very busy time for this department and you will be a crucial hire to ensure future success.
You will undertake a mixture of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters on behalf of both claimants and respondents. You will support more senior lawyers with litigation across all levels of tribunal processes, including advocacy where appropriate.
You will work on corporate transactions, completing due diligence, advising on consultation exercises and working on transaction documents. You will also provide ongoing HR and employment support to businesses.
