I am currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to work for a fantastic company based in Cambridge. The company are looking for someone to join on a long-term temporary basis to cover maternity leave. The role will initially be based from home with occasional travel to the office required.
Main duties will include:
Dealing with payment queries or disputes, arranging credit notes where required. Maintaining credit control logs on overdue invoices Reviewing and identifying cases that may need to be escalated Maintaining good client relationships
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in an office-based customer service role Excellent communication skills with a polite and professional telephone manner Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to work well as part of a team
It would be beneficial if the successful candidate had experience in credit control procedures but isn't essential.
