Are you an experienced Account Manager looking for a new opportunity?

My client, an award winning company located in Royston, are seeking an Account Manager to join their busy, fast growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a new and exciting career path, where they can develop their skillsets within Account Management.

Key Responsibility's:

Create and develop excellent professional relationships with customers/clients
Manage customer requirements and understand their needs to support their business
Present information and solutions in an accurate, clear and professional manner
Continuously search for other methods to streamline workload
Understand the Company product offering and technologies
Work independently and as a part of a team
The ideal candidate:

An effective team player and also able to work on own initiative
Commercial awareness
Ideally educated to degree level, or equivalent
GCSE in English and Maths (grade C or above) or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English language essential)
Effective problem solving skills
A pro-active and enthusiastic approach
Experience of MS Office, databases and MIS systems
Good project management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week (9am - 5:30pm)
