Academics are working with an Ofsted 'Outstanding' Primary school, based in a lovely little village in Halton. They are keen to secure a 1 to 1 SEN Teaching Assistant who can work with a child with a Year 4 pupil with ADHD. They will needs lots of emotional support and the role requires a person with a nurturing nature and style of working.
The role will take you through to Christmas at which point it will be reviewed with scope to be extended to the end of the school year.
You will have previous experience of working with children on a 1 to 1 basis. A 'Team Teach' qualification or similar would be ideal but is not essential, what is essential is your enthusiasm and dedication to a role of this kind
Ideally our SEN Teaching Assistants will have experience with any of the following:
EBD and challenging behaviour,
Learning difficulties (dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, global delay)
