THE ROLE
- Using SQL to analyse data and provide key insights to help the business better understand their customers
- Building key customer segments with a big focus on developing key analytical insights to help retain customers
- Analysing customer behaviour to identify how they behave online including purchasing behaviours and shopping habits so they can be targeted using appropriate offers and promotions
- Working on the businesses customer loyalty programme including lifetime value analysis to maximise ROI
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2:1 Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field from a leading university
- Experience of using SQL and a visualisation tool such as Tableau or other
- Experience within a CRM, customer insight or marketing analytics focused role
- Expert communication skills with the ability to tell a story with data to tech and non-tech audiences
- Having a clear scope to use your own expertise to come up with innovative solutions to solve potential problems on the data that is gathered.
