Our client, a successful wealth management company is looking for an experienced Financial Administrator to assist their Financial Advisers in financial administration, including helping with suitability reports.

You will be responsible for processing new business, dealing with client queries, assessing client's financial needs alongside Financial Advisers and strategizing accordingly, researching financial solutions, collating information, working with providers, preparing suitability letters whilst adhering to FCA compliance and guidelines.

You will need to have prior financial services experience in processing new business and also have some paraplanning experience. You will be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team, have high levels of accuracy, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be good at report writing and have strong analytical ability. You must be fully conversant with MS Office and have worked with financial databases and platforms. You will also need a drivers license.

This is an office based role initially 3 days a week, with some flexibility. Competitive salary, pension, onsite parking.
