We have an exciting new position available working within our busy Birmingham office. The role involves managing a key client and a team of recruiters. This role includes responsibility for managing a team, liaising with our client and overall management of KPI`s.

A background in recruitment, HR or management is essential. Due to some time spent on site at our clients premises you must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

The ability to communicate at all levels is essential and an ability to motivate others will be a major part of your role.

Excellent administration skills is also a must.

The role would ideally suit anyone who has previously worked as an Account Manager within a recruitment agency before, or someone who has a strong history of recruiting large numbers of staff previously.
