As a Retail Sales Manager at Fired Earth, you will be managing your own store and team. It will be your responsibility to drive sales and deliver inspirational customer service in our showroom. You will represent the brand through the delivery of superb customer service standards driving sales to company targets and managing all KPIs, with full P&L responsibility.
You will be responsible for leading, training, coaching and setting targets for a team of people, as well as maintaining consistent retail standards, managing leads into the store, and controlling budgets to ensure maximum profit levels.
You will have had previous management experience in a retail role, have had responsibility for leading a team of people and have had P&L accountability.
This is a challenging role in a high performing store, and requires someone who has a passion for interiors, creativity, and a strong retail sales background. This would suit a manager looking to develop their retail management skills.
While everyone working within Fired Earth often has to help to choose and advise on design ideas and colours; this is not a design role, but is strongly sales focused. Full systems and product training is given, though an eye for colour and design is helpful.
