This is an exciting opportunity to join an internationally established business as a Digital Marketing Manager -Display & Retargeting where you will be responsible for the purchasing and controlling performance-oriented display ads as well as developing and executing a data-driven retargeting strategy for the B2C part of the business
The company: This online company are established with HQ's in London and operations across the UK and Europe. You will be based out of their London office which is home to a broad range of diverse teams spanning across Sales, Marketing, Product and Tech to name a few. They have large open plan spaces encouraging their collaborative and open culture. They also have a big outdoor terrace where you can have lunch and host social events when the sun comes out!
COVID: Due to Covid the entire London office is working remotely from home until Spring/Summer 2021. You will be provided with a work laptop and all the necessary tools and support to successfully do your job.
This Digital Marketing Manager- Display & Retargeting position would suit someone who has:
* Degree in a quantitative field (e.g Mathematics, Economics, Statistics etc)
* 2-4 years of hands-on experience working for an in-house Performance Marketing department and have a good understanding of opportunities and challenges in this environment
* Strategically and commercially minded maximising ROI
* Managed a 7 figure budget
* Campaign management experience- running campaigns and analysing campaign performance and effectiveness
* An ambitious mindset and willing to embrace new opportunities, bring fresh perspectives without being afraid of failure
* Initiative to improve processes and the further development of the business's display activities, a team player who is a self-starter and is able the thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
* Accountable and results orientated
* Strong numerical and analytical skills required
* Enjoys working in a collaborative team- if you have experience working across international teams and marketing this a big plus
* Has a passion for and solid experience across targeting and performance advertising functions and tools (DMPs, DSP)
* Must possess excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation skills required)
* Extremely organised and highly motivated
