On behalf of my client we are recruiting for a Nurse Head of Care for the Hastings area. You will be directly responsible for all aspects of residents' clinical care in the home and for providing the highest standards of service to our residents whilst complying with all company policies and regulations. To review and update all clinical policies /procedures ensuring evidence-based practice. Liaise with external agencies and assessment of residents' pre admission to ensure needs can be met and risks are known and managed. Lead on Clinical supervision and training for clinical team members.
You must be:-
RN/RGN Qualified with strong clinical and management mentoring experience within older people's services. Previous experience of working in a similar role within a luxurious setting Experience in the recruitment and retention of your own team / department. Experience of mentoring, leading and up-skilling direct reports as well as providing ongoing development support. Proven track record of developing audits to demonstrate delivering of quality care.' Can do' attitude and willingness to work, ensuring support to residents with the best quality service. Customer facing experience including building working relationships with internal & external stakeholders Strong prioritisation skills and experience of delegating tasks amongst team.
This position is Monday - Friday 9-5 (1 in 6 weekends) effectively a Nurse Manager will need to cover Nurse shifts if they can't be filled (count as part of contracted hours)
