Forest Care Selection are currently supporting an innovative provider that delivers a range of care and support services for individuals with a Learning Disability and individuals with Autism both in residential and community settings.
This innovative provider has a requirement for a Clinical Lead to work within their small Good rated nursing home in the Grays area providing complex care and nursing services to individuals with a Acquired Brain Injury and complex care needs.
The Clinical Lead in Grays will lead the care and nursing team to deliver the very highest standards of person-centred care.
The Clinical Lead in Grays will split their time evenly between working on the floor observing and leading the care team and carrying their management duties on a supernumerary basis.
The Clinical Lead in Grays will work with the Registered Manager to ensure the home complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
The Clinical Lead in Grays will ensure the nursing and care team are effectively trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care.
The Clinical Lead in Grays will work with the Registered Manager to ensure effective auditing and clinical governance for the home.
The Clinical Lead in Grays will need to be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active PIN and have experience of leading care and nursing teams in a nursing home setting.
The successful candidate will join an established and supportive provider and enjoy a health base salary of £41,600 (£20 per hour) and enjoy a range of benefits in line with a provider of this type.
