Your new role
To work with and supervise a call centre booking team of up to 100 FTE staff. Ensure that the team responds to inbound calls effectively and lead by example, taking responsibility for escalated enquiries. Take a lead in team training, development and management. Maintain efficient and prompt internal and external communication to all stakeholders. Ensure that the team are achieving company KPI's and SLA's, and support with staff who need additional coaching. The role will have a set shift pattern working until 9pm Monday-Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience managing a call centre team, with a proven ability to take your own initiative to innovate and deliver improvements within a call centre environment. You will need excellent oral and written communications skills as well as supreme attention to detail, as the role will require you to train up staff and provide feedback. The role requires an ability to work in a high-pressure environment with multiple competing deadlines. You will need to be efficient in using office software packages, including Microsoft Office and bespoke CRM systems.
What you'll get in return
A permanent position paying £22,500 to £25,000 dependant on experience and working a 36 hour week.
