Support Technician & Project Coordinator

Main Duties

Working primarily with the Donation Station (our clients contactless donation product) you will:
  • Monitor and respond to incoming support requests
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate to other team members where appropriate
  • Assist with onboarding new customers
  • Gather customer requirements for new orders
  • Ensure customer requirements are received in a timely manner during the course of production
  • Help with production and assembly of new orders

Working hours are standard UK office hours, however this job includes an on-call support element.

Experience Required
  • Good customer service skills (Essential)
  • Customer support experience (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of ITIL support desk ticket lifecycle (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 operating system (Essential)
  • Experience of PC imaging (Beneficial)
  • Knowledge of basic computer programming (Beneficial)

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and is able to explain technical terminology in plain English. A high level of organisation will be required to handle production of orders for multiple customers at once. The candidate should not be afraid to ask questions and will have a keen eye for detail.
