Then you will be interested in this exciting position we're recruiting for. Our client is on the hunt for a Marketing Executive to join their friendly team based in Newark

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Literature or Advertising or previous experience working in a marketing role
Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Proficient on WordPress for website content management
Proficient on Adobe InDesign & Adobe Photoshop
Previous experience using CRM, marketing tools, CANVA and Google Analytics
Strong presentation and communication skills are considered core skills for this position
Access to own vehicle with full UK clean driver's license
The ideal candidate will plan and execute all marketing activities to accomplish brand awareness and increased sales opportunities.

With this position you'll be:

Develop and implement the marketing plan for the business, in line with company goals
Raising brand awareness to ensure they are at the forefront of the industry for employees
Researching new opportunities for the business to succeed in the marketplace
Building and managing a content and PR strategy both in print and online
Boost and manage the company's presence and social media
Responsible for improving SEO and conversion rates
Responsible for obtaining high-quality photography and video
Maintaining effective internal communications for the company
Enhancing customer advocacy and increasing retention.
Designing and managing the production of merchandise, promotional material and marketing literature
Creating and maintaining metrics reports on key marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
Overseeing the annual Marketing budget
Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £20,000 - £25,000

Working hours are Monday - Friday
