Assistant Brand Manager / Digital marketing

Location: Bury, Manchester

Full time / Permanent

Homebased until further notice, then will revert to circa 3 days per week in the office.

Salary: Depending on relevant experience circa £30k/£35k + Benefits + Annual Bonus

Remarkable Jobs are excited to be working with a global organisation in recruiting for a brand-new position based in Bury, Manchester. The Assistant Brand Manager / Digital Marketing incumbent will join this newly formed department, who are promoting a commercial service into multiple sectors which include: Food and Beverage manufacturing, Clinical laboratories, Oil and Gas amongst many.

This role can offer unrivalled internal progression, mentoring from a Global Brand leader, as well as exposure into multiple industries around the world.

The ideal Assistant Brand Manager / Digital Marketing candidate would posses the following skills and exposure:

Degree educated, with the CIM post graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification

Minimum of 4 years marketing experience - Exposure in Global or Regional role would be a distinct advantage.

Demonstrable experience of leading Digital Marcoms in a service industry

Exposure of presenting in a corporate environment to multinational/multilingual audiences

Demonstrable understanding of the strategic role of marketing communications

An interest or Educated in a Science biased field would be great.

Experience of briefing agencies and internal resources

Budget management & ROI analysis

Experience of CRM systems including Salesforce, Pardot and Oktopost or equivalents is desirable

An extra EU language would be an asset, but not essential.

The most important requirement of this role is a true self starter, passionate and enthusiastic marketeer he engages at all level with both internal and external stakeholders.

Assistant Brand Manager/ Digital marketing Key responsibilities include:

Daily collaborative engagement with internal Field Sales teams

Supporting the Global Marketing Manager: contribute to the creation of marketing plans that will deliver double-digit growth

Lead email and social media marketing, monitoring and evaluating performance on an end market and customer basis

Work with the Digital Marketing team for the development of integrated marketing campaigns with a clear recommendation on the role of digital vs traditional media by sector in a competitive context

Provide appropriate marketing campaigns to support local sales initiatives in EMEA, North America and pretty much the rest of the World!

Own the content plans, ensuring all communications are delivered according to plan, ensuring all plans are approved at relevant sign off meetings in a timely manner

Own the monthly launch programme of new products into market, to include internal briefings and external launches

Co-ordinate international deployment of marketing materials including translations, localisation, sales team communications - employing version control, brand fidelity and effective time management in doing so

Support sales specialists and wider commercial teams to deliver effective physical and virtual industry events globally

Work with key external agencies including digital and design agencies

Manage internal reporting of marketing performance, ensuring that management information is robust, including monthly report data inputs and insights
