We have a fantastic opportunity for a store manager in Glastonbury
Ideally we are looking for someone with previous ambient or chilled food experience and knowledge of food waste, as well as managing teams.
This is a company that really values their staff and they are looking for a store manager that will help take the store to the next level
Someone with entrepreneurial and enterprising spirit, who is keen , bubbly and confident.
It will be a 45 hour week, with the off evening and weekend. This person will have 4- 5 direct reports and the role is paying up to £35k

Ideal Experience & Skills
You will have experience in managing large teams
You will be responsible for all aspects of employee management and development
You will be responsible for achieving the highest sales possible, whilst ensuring an efficient and co-operative working environment.
You will have excellent customer service, maintaining consistent store standards and tightly controlling costs
You will have good knowledge of working with chilled and fresh ranges, maximizing availability and minimizing wastage.
You will have experience with looking after a property, sales figures and people performance.
You will be a great communicator and regularly reporting to the Operations Director on people, sales, stock and finances
Five-day/45-hour week, will include some weekend and evening work
