Fixed term contract until March 2021
Full time - 35 hours
£15.92
Key duties and responsibilities:
" To work alongside Combined Authority colleagues to identify businesses with complex digital skills needs and broker them into appropriate digital skills and other training support ensuring compliance with funding body performance management arrangements
" To increase the number and range of employers who engage with and offer digital skills development, supporting the delivery of programme growth
" To support individual employers to understand their current and future digital skills needs through the provision of detailed bespoke organisational needs analysis; supporting the development of a training plan and facilitating digital skills solutions that support the wider growth plan of the business
" Good working knowledge of local and national digital skills and employment policy, funding and the benefits of learning Experience of delivering skills related advice, guidance and support programmes for employers
" Experience of building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of key stakeholders
" High level of communication skills - written, oral and presentational
