Account Manager with Digital Agency experience required to join one of the most down-to-earth and supportive companies we've ever worked with. Their commitment to staff growth, support, training and development is second to none.

They're unlike any Agency we've ever come across. They've been a fully remote business from day one, providing staff with all of the equipment, training and support they need to excel in their career.

As a dedicated Account Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the lifecycle management of their largest client (£150m+ business with 200+ UK offices), whilst gradually beginning to offer additional support to other clients as you progress.

In addition to:

* Full remote working

* All equipment provided (choose your own Macbook/Monitors etc)

* Paid training courses of your choosing

Clients will also (often) have highly bespoke system and integration requirements which will allow you to grow your skills and knowledge across a variety of industries, whilst being an integral part of challenging and exciting projects.

We have helped this company grow their team over the last two years and the business is ready to expand yet again by another 4 people - in order to meet the highly bespoke needs of their client base.

Key responsibilities

* Liaising with clients to identify new requirements

* Become the AM for a high value account (£150m+ business with 200 UK offices)

* Assist in quoting and up-selling services

* Creating commercial opportunities with current clients

* Onboarding new clients and briefing appropriate teams

* Helping to scope new projects and working with the team to ensure delivery

* Working with PM/Founders to ensure consistency across all projects both internal and external

Ideal skills & experience:

* Previous experience as an Account Manager within a Digital Agency environment (technical web, system or app builds)

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to self manage

* Full understanding of the either the SDLC or Agency-based Project Delivery

* Excellent at building and nurturing relationships with clients

* Excellent at creating and leading presentations
