Your new role
You'll be providing 3rd line user support and have exposure to the design, configuration and support of Manhattan WMS working within defined SLA time frames. As such, you'll be experienced with WMS to be able to conduct a range of different tasks varying from fault finding, database management to incident resolution.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have a proactive attitude and have strong communication skills to be able to work within an enterprise environment. Your background will originate from Manhattan WMS (version 2007-2017) and have working knowledge of Linux systems. You'll also be strong in using SQL server and database administration.
