Transforming Futures Trust works with children for whom mainstream education is not right: young people with behavioural challenges; children with mental health concerns; students who find the traditional setting of a school intimidating.
The Trust is now operates a staff bank model so that they can directly engage with supply teachers and support staff that wish to work at their schools. This service is in partnership with The Supply Register.
The Trust are looking to recruit experienced 1:1 teaching assistants to work across a number of their locations. The ideal candidates will have 2 years' experience working with children. The roles will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm during term time and are to start after October half term.
You will be responsible for working alongside the class teacher to support the students with their day to day learning activities.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of SEN needs.
