About the role
The management Accountant role is key to providing financial insight and decision-support for JRF and JRHT. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with programme and project managers and budget holders across the Group ensuring that their financial needs and requirements are met.
You will carry out the financial appraisal of new projects, financial modelling and identify financial risks along with proposals for their mitigation. Supporting budget holders through the usual planning cycle.
You will be a qualified accountant with experience of social housing finance, providing finance expertise to development scheme project teams and income and cost modelling. You will be used to providing support to strategic change projects and the annual business planning cycle and have skills in developing management reporting. This is a role that offers significant variety but also demands flexibility. Excellent communication skills are required including experience of Executive and Board reporting.
