Magenta are working with an engaging and rewarding food manufacturer who are seeking an IT Support Team Leader to join their ever growing business. You will be responsible for leading and prioritising the IT support team's workload and offer technical and leadership support to the team.
* Ensure all systems/machines are patched and kept up-to-date in line with group policies
* Provide key information to management
* Maintain confidentiality regarding work that is carried out
* Co-ordinate effective prioritization of client issues and projects
* Embraces the CI culture and applies CI knowledges were applicable
* Provide ideas and solutions to aid with site and departmental growth and improvement
* Knowledge of windows server OS, windows 10, active directory, DNS, DHCP & Hyper V
