My client is looking to hire an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Support Analyst to join their support team.
This role will primarily work to support end clients, ensure documentation is updated and aligned to product updates. Most of the difficult issues are managed by the Senior support members a due to the customization of the platform per client.
- Experience of providing user support on all issues via phone, email, and ticketing
- Monitor support dashboards and upgrade where required
- Application support - troubleshoot and maintain the application systems in different environments (Dynamics 365)
- Creating and/or update the Knowledge Base Articles for the projects.
- Experience of User Acceptance testing
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure
