Established practice in Surrey seeks Conveyancing Legal Assistant on a permanent basis.

Joining a thriving property team located in the Leatherhead area, the successful legal assistant will provide high levels of administrative support to a senior team of fee earners allowing them to focus their efforts on fee earning. An integral part of this team's support network, you will ensure excellent attention to detail and a speedy turnaround of work.

To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period.


Supporting senior fee earners
File opening and closing
Booking client meetings
Liaising with clients and external professionals
Ensuring AML compliance
Producing invoices
General administrative dutiesThe Candidate

A paralegal or legal secretary with at least 1 years' experience in conveyancing
Possesses outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
Is professional, personable and has a keen eye for detail
IT literate
Strives for high standards in their workThe Firm
