My client is a well established and growing brand in the engineering/construction sector. They are currently recruiting for a B2B Marketing Manager. Working closely with the management team and other internal stakeholders, this is a strategic and hands on role to develop their brand awareness and build the marketing strategy.
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute and marketing campaigns effectively.
Manage the bids and tender process including tracking, monitoring and measuring results
Design and production (InDesign) of inhouse communication materials (print and digital) including brochures, leaflets and presentations
Build brand awareness, create videos, case studies and testimonials
Manage award submissions
Manage website and build social media channels
Manage internal and external communications
Desired skills and experience:
Ideal candidates will have experience in B2B Marketing ideally from engineering or construction background. They must possess a good grounding in generalist marketing experience and have skills in Adobe Creative Suite. Bids and tenders experience would be a necessity for this role. Good copywriting skills and a creative flair would be great traits for the position. My client will onboard remotely but will be flexi London based when the office gets back.
