Working within Operations/Delivery, the role of the QS is to provide the commercial and financial management between the approved supplier base and Delivery Team, operating in support of the Project and Program Managers to deliver all aspects of site value and cost including quantifiable reductions in installation costs.
To support the Business to ensure contractual and financial compliance of all suppliers and internal resources across the Business to ensure margins are met.
To provide commercial and contractual support to the Delivery Teams, liaise with Design team and across central Business functions generally with regard to process and procurement improvement. Manage and implement decisions associated with such improvements.
Provide information and evidence to support comprehensive business cases for tendering new projects.
Must have experience in the Telecommunications industry
