Digital Projects Delivery Executive

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a prestigious South Yorkshire based retailer in their search to find a Digital Delivery Executive.

This is a great opportunity to work as part of a highly experienced and innovative team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the company website and omni-channel service offerings, ensuring all improvements and changes to digital platforms are done effectively and efficiently, with minimal down time.

This is a great role that sits as the digital interface between the retail and online business and its 3rd party IT and Tech providers. You will be involved in a range of digital tasks including digital product ownership, project management, BA, Code changes and some front end development work.

Key Responsibilities:

*Contribute effectively on digital projects around digital applications and new website functionality
*Work cross functionally and support on the delivery of the overall Digital Strategy
*Monitor, maintain, and improve the main website, digital product catalogue and associated digital applications
*Work to understand key things both internally and externally, that could affect existing functionality and processes by gathering requirements, assessing their impact and proposing effective solutions
*Work with third party technology partners for support on solutions, upgrades and implementations
*Assist in diagnosing web site code issues and identifying where code can be optimised
*Co-ordinate 3rd party analysis of application performance
*Facilitate daily operational tasks such as asset movement/tracking, CDN cache control, data movements

What specific technical knowledge and competencies does the Job Holder require?

*Be proficient with a wide range of web technologies
*Have a solid understanding of information and data models
*Must demonstrate a good troubleshooting and testing methodology
*Be self-motivated to learn new skills and stay abreast of new technologies
*Demonstrate the ability to follow change management processes, including the use of related tools and related controls
*Demonstrate the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
*Must be a team player with the ability to be an effective communicator with internal and external individuals at all levels
*Hold a BA or BSc degree in a business or technical field of study, Digital / eCommerce experience or an equivalent combination of education or relevant experience

This is a full time, permanent role working remotely due to Covid19 with the need to potentially work some of the time from the South Yorkshire office once restrictions ease.
