Permanent HRBP role based in north Manchester- some north west travel will be required
Your new company
My client is a growing educational trust organisation with a national presence. This new permanent HRBP role is as result of recent expansion and therefore this role will be based from Manchester with travel required when needed to academies within the north west. Your new role Reporting in to the head of HR, this role will support the organisation in all aspects of people management. The successful candidate will support all managers & employees to understand policies and procedures, whilst proactively providing operational HR guidance to colleagues at all levels across the business. This role will support the head of HR to manage HR development projects as well as support with union negotiation strategy. You will also support with all HR areas such as resourcing, employee relations, engagement, talent management, change management, TUPE projects, payroll liaison and well being projects.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with 1-2 years in a business partner, generalist capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a unionised environment and/or the education sector. Knowledge of payroll & local government/national education system would also be a desirable. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicate with an innovative approach whilst also able to be a strong influencer.
