We're looking for a talented Nurse to work for our client.They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of working as a RGN in a nursing home.If that's you then you could be exactly what they're looking for.Please note: In this position you'll be required to work every other weekend and work shifts (3 * 12 hour shifts per week - these will alternate between days and nights)----The Role:As the Nurse you'll report to the Registered Manager and will be primarily responsible for ensuring the well being of patients in a 36 bedded nursing home.You'll also be tasked with the following:- Ensuring care plans are updated- Administering medication- Keeping all records up-to-date- Helping with personal care where needed- Liaising with doctors and other medical professionals----The Candidate:The ideal candidate for the Nurse role will have relevant experience of working as a RGN in a nursing home.You'll also need experience of working with people with physical frailty.In addition, it's essential that you possess the following:- A RGN qualification- A current PIN- A clean enhanced DBSYou will also need to be supportive and be caring and able to put the needs of the service users first.Does that sound like you?
