We are recruiting for a brand-new role in a growing, fully integrated digital agency! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to develop their account management, and digital marketing skills by working with some of the UK's leading tech and engineering businesses.
This is a remote-working opportunity and as the Digital Account Manager, you will be working on everything from strategic planning to concept ideas, implementing ambitious digital campaigns, through to reviewing/reporting results.
Key Responsibilities of the Digital Account Manager:
Undertake desk-top research projects to see which businesses are looking for support with digital marketing projects
Liaise with clients to identify requirements and present ideas as well as discussing budgets
Develop accurate campaign plans, provide estimates and quotations
Scope projects and work with the team to ensure it's delivered in the best way
Create and push out email campaigns to established and new contacts, responding to new enquiries and up-selling full marketing services
Ensure that every client has a seamless experience and deliver work that goes above and beyond expectation
Skills/ Experience of the Digital Account Manager:
Experience within an agency or similar environment
Previous experience in digital marketing, website design or print would be advantageous
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Mailchimp (or similar) is essential
Ability to think strategically and creatively to contribute ideas
Excellent attention to detail
Full understanding of the creative processes (including digital)
Excellent at building and maintaining relationships with clients
