Highly successful Business Services company require progressive CIMA/ACCA part qualified Management Accountant for an exciting position at UK Head Office in Staines.
About The Role
The Management Accountant will reporting to the Finance Director and act as business partner to operational management across the UK. The key responsibilities are:
* Preparation of profit & loss accounts for client contracts
* Reporting and offering commentary on variance to budget and forecasts
* Preparation of accounting journals including accruals & prepayments
* Creation of detailed management reports on financial performance
* Setting up budget templates and supporting operations managers with completion
* Providing accounting support to operational and commercial managers
* Integration of the accounting system to provide meaningful management information
* Creation of consolidated company budget
* Analysis of sales and budget data utilising advanced Excel skills
* Performing ad hoc accounts analysis & reporting
The successful Management Accountant will have:
* CIMA/ACCA part qualified with proven accounting skills
* Strong IT skills including strong Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven analytical and strong numerical ability
* Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to department goals and objectives
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to establish rapport and build partnerships with stakeholders
* Good time management and organisational skills
