Terms and Conditions Project Manager
6-Months Contract Full-Time
Up to £350 Per Day
Kerr Recruitment is operating on behalf of our client, a successful Packaging & Containers company, is seeking to appoint an Interim Terms and Conditions Project Manager. The successful candidate will benchmark the existing terms and conditions across the UK business.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Additional hours/ Flexibility might be required
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Build effective relationships with key internal stakeholders
Provide an excellent service to the operational business units being supported, in a way which delivers value in the company environment
Support the change control process for all process and system improvements linked to the project
Lead the transition of activity, balancing pace of transition with effective management of risk and change
Supporting the development of business case for change
Project charter, PID, Risk Log, Issues Log, Action logs
Responsible for the weekly project deck completion and reporting through weekly SSC optimisation review
Project governve routines to be agreed with business leads
Identify and implement quick operational wins to improve service delivery and standardisation within the UK
Working with Head of HR Shared Services identify ways of streamlining processes and improving service delivery
Identify process improvements and streamlining of processes within the UK business and SSC
Own the management of issue logs and coordinate the delivery of multiple concurrent service improvement initiatives
Ideal candidate would have:
Must be fluent in English
Practical Knowledge of HR legislation
Knowledge of HR operational processes and relevant HR policies and practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capable of working at both a strategic and implementation and deployment levels
Ability to partner with the business to gain alignment on approach and the delivery of business goals
Strong understanding of company's businesses and operations
Agile and adaptable to constantly changing work requirements
Able to challenge current practice in a constructive manner
Project management skills to see a project from creative idea through to implementation and appropriate measurement of outcomes
Proven analytical and data manipulation skills
Strong presentational skills and experience of delivering these to varied audiences
Ability to lead and manage staff through periods of change
