Project Scheduling Assistant

Project Scheduling Assistant - Scheduling will be responsible for scheduling professional services talent for client assessment delivery work, based on assignments provided by their manager and requests from internal or external clients. Project Scheduling Assistant will be scheduling all assessments that take place in the London office, both for the internal team and team members from the offices globally.

Please note:

This will be a home based role for the time being as the office is closed. The organisation has an excellent IT set up and support from the team who are all home based at the moment. When the office is open again you will be based in Green Park.

The interview process will also be by video link.

Duties of the Project Scheduling Assistant;

Act as an expert in scheduling requirements for assessments and 360 feedback
Align internal resources (e.g. consultant expertise) with client needs
Respond in a timely manner to internal scheduling request
Work directly with client contacts to schedule delivery work when appropriate (e.g., transactional, high-volume annuity business such as individual assessments
Utilise pre-determined assignments and scheduling criteria to maximise resource efficiency
Update and maintain all necessary tracking databases
Implement complicated, multi-step process to schedule assessment
Assign resources for delivery work in SAP
Be knowledgeable about the capacity level and current projects of the resource pool
Utilise client management data to satisfy specific client needs/preferencesEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience
Experience in logistics coordination/event planning/staffing experience, especially calendar management of multiple people in remote locations
High attention to detail
Strong customer service focus
Ability to be adaptable and manage stress in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Ability to build and foster relationships with cross-functional and remote teams, at all levels of the organisation, both internally and externally
