NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Claims Management company, who due to expansion are looking to add a confident FNOL Claims Handler to join their team in Greater Manchester.
As FNOL Claims Handler you will be responsible for taking new Motor claim notifications via telephone, email or post and ensuring all relevant details are captured accurately and the claim progresses appropriately. So you'll need to be a great communicator, with a keen eye for detail and passionate about delivering a professional and empathetic service. Other duties include but are not limited to; composing professional and informative letters and other written correspondence, recording full and accurate information within our systems, whilst following standard procedures.
The successful candidate will possess strong numeracy, literacy and IT skills together with strong administrative skills. This is a busy role in a fast-paced environment and therefore will suit somebody who can work efficiently under pressure.
