A modern high street law firm seek a qualified Property Lawyer to join their established residential conveyancing team.The Opportunity:
Working in a team you will handle your own caseload of conveyancing matters as a fee earner. This will be mixed to cover an array of transactions including: sale and purchases; leasehold and freehold properties; new builds; shared ownership; transfer of equity, among others. You will have your own legal assistants and the support of senior lawyers as you look to take the next step in your career.
This firm are happy for you to split your time between office based work and homeworking. What's needed for me to be considered?
- Be a qualified property lawyer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive) or a Trainee due to qualify as a Solicitor.
