Senior Project Manager
We are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join our Development Team. If you have strengths in compliance and audit or generating new business we would love to hear from you!
This role will be on a permanent full-time basis working 37 hours per week. The team are currently working remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic but ordinarily the role allows agile working, both from home and head office. Magenta Living's Head Office is situated in Birkenhead, Wirral, next to the Birkenhead Tunnel, with free parking offered to staff either on-site or nearby.
The Senior Project Manager Role
The role of Senior Project Manager reports to the Head of Development. The overall purpose of the role will be to ensure full compliance with both internal and Homes England procedures in the delivery of Magenta Living's housing programmes, whilst minimising risks and demonstrating value for money throughout the programme. However, we are also interested in hearing if you have experience in pre-contract work and experience of progressing new business opportunities.
Requirements for the Senior Project Manager Role
You will be someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on attention to detail. You will have not less than 2 years of experience of working in a Housing Association development team. The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work is essential, and to be able to work with people of all levels, both internally and externally. Possession of good communication skills, both verbal and written will also be required. Ideally, the individual will be fully proficient in all Microsoft Office packages including word, outlook and excel.
