Fruition IT is partnering with a renown national brand who are now looking for Service Desk Team Lead based in their offices in Morley.How will you be spending your time?
You will be responsible for developing, leading, and motivating a team of 6 dedicated on-site Service Desk and Technical Support professionals to deliver high quality end user support.
Management of Team Performance, KPIs, software & hardware assets and team resource levels
You will still be hands on and the point of escalation for 2nd line engineers
Looking for trends and reporting on problems
Providing training for the team and keeping them up to date with any changesKey Skills and experience: Essential
- Experience of supervising an IT services service desk
- Microsoft Operating Systems (Desktop & Server)
- Active Directory, DNS, Server & Desktop management
- In depth knowledge of Service level agreements or arrangements
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Microsoft or Other IT Technical Certifications
