A High-achieving Graduate Learning Support Assistant to assist a pupil on a 1:1 basis who has challenging behaviour and a high academic ability. You will provide support inside and outside the class. You will need to be able to adapt to the daily challenges and think quickly if the pupil is struggling within the class. The Headteacher is looking for an inspiring graduate Learning Support Assistant that will help support this pupil through teaching & learning.
