Role: Aftersales/Service Manager
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 with OTE of £42,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday
Our client, a Franchised Dealer Group based in the West Midlands, currently has the requirement for an Aftersales/Service Manager to join their existing service department.
As a proactive member of the dealership's management team you will be required to run an efficient operation, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times, motivating and training all staff to perform, developing and improving processes and systems as well as driving the business forward. Your overall objective will be to increase turnover and profits to exceed set budgets.
Previous experience working as a Service Manager within a Main Dealership is essential as well as a proven, stable track record.
