As part of a newly created team working on a high profile Government Digital Transformation Programme our Client requires an experienced Contract Manager or Client Manager to champion the delivery of the digital solution to the Client.They need to ensure that the solution provides the best possible User experience whilst meeting Government Digital Standards.The role is home based with the need to travel to Customer site as required.
Key aspects of the role include:
·Building strong and effective relationships with the key client stakeholders.Acting as 'critical friend' and partner, representing the best interests of the Client at all times
·Work closely with the Account Director and Customer Team, encouraging innovation and horizon scanning
·Ensure contract compliance and governance, scheduling and facilitating Service Reviews
·Resource and demand plan against Customers pipeline
Skills required as follows:
About Our Client
- 3+ years current experience in a similar client facing Client Manager or Contract Manager role, up to 'C' level
- Able to evidence stakeholder management in contracts delivery (up to £1/2 million)
- Able to evidence commercial awareness and experience of identifying new opportunity
- Previous IT Consultancy sector based experience (preferred)
