Our client is a national mental healthcare provider operating a number of fantastic homes nationwide, offering high quality care to people with severe and enduring mental health needs.

We now have an exciting opportunity available and are looking for a reliable, dynamic Deputy Manager with a friendly and caring nature to join the team.

Duties will include providing support to the Home Manager with the day to day management of all aspects of the efficient and effective operation of the home ensuring that residents remain the centre of care provided. The Deputy Manager will also deputise for the Home Manager during periods of absence, understand supervisions and alternate with the Home Manager to support the Company's on-call arrangements.

It is vital that the successful Deputy Manager has experience working within the mental health sector and/or a challenging environment gaining experience in management of staff, care of residents, compliance of the home etc. An in depth understanding within the care sector is required and further in-house training will be provided.

A responsible and caring attitude is important. As a Deputy Manager, you will work in friendly but sometimes challenging environments, therefore excellent interaction and communication skills are essential.
