Heat Recruitment is currently handling the recruitment of a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer on behalf of a friendly and long-established firm in Wirrall.

The Client

The firm's experienced and high-performing Residential Conveyancing team has become exceedingly busy. They therefore have an immediate requirement for a skilled Conveyancer to join them on an initially temporary, support basis.

The firm is well-established with a long history of serving clients in the area. They have an impressive commitment to client care, as evidenced by strong client ratings. The firm also has a friendly and welcoming environment.

The Opportunity

To assist the firm during an exceedingly busy period, they are offering an experienced Residential Conveyancer to work on a flexible basis.

The successful Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will have conduct of a caseload of predominately title checks, allowing the rest of the team to focus on the bulk of transactions. The typical work will involve sales, purchases, (freeholds and leaseholds), new builds, shared ownership and both registered and unregistered land.

The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on experience between £25,000 and £35,000. The role can also be managed entirely from home, owing to the firm's modern, paperless approach. Flexible hours can be made available too, in line with requirements or preferences.

This opportunity is available immediately and initial contract duration will be until the end of March. The term could be extended and made permanent, depending on how busy the firm remains.

Requirements:
  • In order to be considered, you should be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with experience of handling your own caseload comprising the full range of residential property matters
  • You should be a dynamic and team orientated worker, with the ability to work well towards deadlines
