About our client

An up and coming PR and Communications agency based in Birmingham city centre is looking for a superstar PR Account Executive to join its talented team!

This agency is a real gem, small but perfectly formed they're a team of just under ten people and they're continuing to grow their team and business despite the challenging times we've seen. With a specialism in corporate comms they work with a range of B2B clients offering PR and communications services that connect businesses with their audiences and deliver exceptional results. They take huge pride in the work they produce and their client relationships.

They have a really flexible approach to work life and a 'work from anywhere' policy so you only need to be in the office one day a week, that being said if you're local their central Birmingham office offers a lovely working environment and there's even an onsite gym and fitness studio! About the role

In a PR Account Executive position with this agency you'll have the support of a brilliant team who have a highly collaborative approach. You'll report into an MD who is big on personal and professional development and has a really nurturing approach and work alongside a team of specialists that will be happy to help wherever they can. Your role will be broad, you'll be doing way more than just creating coverage reports and analysing campaigns - you'll be right at the heart of the team, pitching to journalists, liaising with clients, taking briefs and helping to come up with campaign strategy as well as lots of writing! Day to day you'll be able to write compelling press releases, features and thought leadership pieces aswell as social media content.

Who we're looking for

To be considered for this role you need to be an exceptional writer with a brain for business, able to get under the skin of a client and create exceptionally written content. If corporate comms is your thing and you have a strong interest in the business world this could be the perfect role for you. PR and communications experience within an agency environment is preferred but if you've worked in house in the corporate world that could be a good fit too.
