Permanent Credit Manger, Based in Trafford

Your new company
You will be working for a market leading facilities management business based in Trafford who have plans to expand their portfolio globally over the next 24 months. This is a business that prides itself on putting its staff first and ensuring that everyone regardless of their seniority, has the opportunities to undertake additional workload and progress internally. They believe that every business should invest in their employees as they do and as a result they boast an extremely low staff turnover.

Your new role
Off the back of some amazing business wins, this company has expanded massively therefore you will be required to build a brand new team from day one and use your expertise to identify talent that can take this department forward. With a team of six experienced Credit Controllers in place already you have the resources available to dedicate your time to growth opportunities including; new systems, further improving processes across the department and bringing work from overseas to the site in Trafford. Reporting directly into the Head of Finance, you will work closely together to ensure this department gets to where it needs to be and you will be the key decision maker throughout the process.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the job, you must have prior experience operating as a Credit Manager within a large business and be prepared to make business critical decisions independently. Being prepared to undertake additional workload such as projects with stakeholders is also an essential.
