Elite Search Associates are delighted to be working with an established solicitor firm, who have 6 offices based in West Yorkshire.

Due to growth within their Leeds office, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Post Completions Assistant to join their department.

Job Specification

• Keeping an orderly system in place for dealing with all Post Completion matters
• Updating introducer portals wherever necessary
• Updating and responding promptly to any requests from lenders, introducers and clients on the progress of registrations
• Running relevant searches on the land registry and dealing with the applications and completing all land registry applications after completion
• Checking registrations are received from the land registry- submitting the same to the lenders and the clients
• Closing and archiving files
• Submissions of the Stamp Duty

Expereince

• At least 2 years expereince in dealing with all post completion matters
• Expereince of lender panel requirements
• Good timekeeper
• Excellent organisational skills

• Working hours: Monday to Thursday- 0900-5.30pm Friday 0900-5.00pm
• Salary offered: £19,778 per annum
