2nd Line Support Engineer - Fantastic Company
Award winning client in Sheffield are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to act as an escalation point across all areas of the business in respect of general server and network support.
As a 2nd Line Support engineer you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the existing users / devices on a day to day basis.
This role will initially involve multi site (250+) patching (via iVanti), hard drive encryption (Bitlocker) and Web-filtering (iBoss) along with the migration from our existing help desk solution to service now.Key Skills 2nd Line Support Engineer
- Good knowledge of automated patching systems (iVanti, Solarwinds, SCCM, Comodo, GFI etc)
- Strong ITIL knowledge within Tier 2 Support
- Experience with Teams Telephony
- Power BI
