This is a critical role within a team of six which will suit a candidate used to working with a high degree of accuracy and who has the ability to pro-actively resolve issues quickly and efficiently. The role is currently based from home but will likely return to the office setting in 2021.The Role
Key responsibilities will include;
- Manage completeness of royalty contracts, ensuring all are accurately set up and maintained within the Royalties system
- Manage completeness and accuracy of data for the calculation and payment of Royalties and Advances due to recipients.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of Royalty statements within contractual deadlines
- Assist in the payment of Royalties and Advances
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of periodic reports
- Assist with general Royalty and Sub-Rights processes and queries
The successful Finance Administrator will need to be immediately available or on no more than 1 week's notice. Experience of finance administration including, payments, reconciliations and query handling are desirable but candidates with a relevant degree/higher education qualification and lesser experience will also be considered.The Company
Our client is a growing international business within the mediasector with its headquarters based in modern offices in Basingstoke. This Finance Administrator role will pay £22,000-£24,000 per annum plus pension and benefits. The role is currently remote with home working equipment available, there is an intention to return to the office during 2021.
The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training .
